MCA-kc membership elects new officers & board members

Three new officers and two new board members for 2009-2010 were unanimously elected during MCA-KC’s annual Membership Luncheon in the Overland Park Sheraton on Dec. 18. The new President is Mike Kotubey, President of Midwest Mechanical Contractors, Inc. The other new officers include Vice President Bill Adams, President of The Fagan Company, and Treasurer Bill Alexander, President of Alexander Mechanical Contractors, Inc.

The newly elected members to the board are David DeBiasse, Vice President of Environmental Mechanical Contractors, Inc. and Kollin Knox, President of P1 Group, Inc.

Returning board members include Past President Steve Hancock, Vice President - procurement for U.S. Engineering, and Robert Rimel, Jr., President of All State Mechanical, Inc. In addition to the elections of new officers and board members, the membership
unanimously approved the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Association, which includes a change in the Association’s official name from the Mechanical Contractors Association of Greater Kansas City to the Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City.
