Kollin Knox

Kollin Knox is President of P1 Group, Inc., a premier electrical, mechanical, and service contractor since 1919. He began his career at the company in 1992 as a Project Engineer and has since held positions as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Vice President, and ultimately the President of the Healthcare & Life Sciences division of the P1 Group. Although the majority of his career has been focused on working in the healthcare market, Kollin has also worked in numerous other market sectors, including commercial, industrial, and institutional.

Kollin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science & Management from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University. He attended the Project Management Institute in Austin, Texas, and is an Advanced Leadership Institute graduate from Babson College. He is also a member of the Kansas City Area Healthcare Engineers.

A native of the region, Kollin was born and raised in St. Joseph, MO, where he still has many family members. He and his wife Laura have two daughters, Kenedy and Kaelyn. He enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, jogging, and watching the many activities in which his daughters participate.
