Mike Kotubey is President of MMC Contractors, Inc., an ENR top-fifteen specialty contractor that performs plumbing, process piping, HVAC piping, and specialty piping in Kansas City and throughout the country. Prior to joining Midwest Mechanical in 2004, he served as operations manager for the largest division of Limbach Company, a nationally recognized specialty contractor. He has been part of the industry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, New Hampshire.
Mike is currently a member of the board of directors of the MCA of Kansas City, serving as its immediate past president, and is also a member of the national board of directors for both the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the Plumbing Contractors of America (PCA). He serves on MCA’s local Pipe Fitters and Plumbing committees and on the MCAA’s national Education Committee. He is also an active member of the Labor Management Council of Kansas City; the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE); National Society of Plumbing Engineers (NAPE); and Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
