What's Inside This Year's Report
This year's report captures the ways we've worked together to strengthen Kansas City's mechanical contracting community. A few highlights include:- Education – 87 training sessions reaching 475 members across 53 organizations.
- Workforce Development – Continued success of the Heavy Metal Summer Experience, introducing high school students to our trades.
- Community Building – Growth of WiMI-KC and the Young Professionals Committee, creating opportunities for connection and leadership.
- Membership Value – Expanded class offerings that now count toward contractor license renewal, providing direct savings and added value for members.
Looking back shows us how far we've come. Just as importantly, it prepares us for what's ahead. Together, we are building momentum, creating opportunity, and positioning our Association and our members for continued success.
