Teeing Up Impact: Over $66,000 Raised for The Golden Scoop
The MCA of Kansas City community came together once again for our 18th Annual Charity Golf Outing on October 13, 2025, at the beautiful Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate. Thanks to our members, sponsors, and volunteers, the event raised over $66,000 for The Golden Scoop: a local nonprofit creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.
From friendly competition to community connection, this year's outing was one for the books. Golfers enjoyed nice weather, great company, and a shared commitment to supporting a cause that continues to make a difference in Kansas City.
Special congratulations goes out to our tournament champions, Siemens (Stewart Swander, Tim Erickson, Shawn Flynn, and Paul Peters), and a big thank-you to every participant who helped make this event our most successful yet.
