WiMI Launches Mentor Program

MCAA/MSCA announces Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Mentor Program.

MCAA/MSCA is calling on Volunteers willing to share their experience and expertise - while providing immense value to a Mentee.

WiMI Mentor Program Details:

To participate, prospective Mentors are asked to complete the participation form and return to Barbara Dolim (bdolim@mcaa.org).
Once the program has a sufficient number of Mentors, they will reach out to prospective Mentees.
When paired, you will receive information on your Mentee and a Mentor/Mentee Guidebook which includes a program responsibility form and confidentiality statement.
It is recommended that Mentors commit to a minimum of six (6) months.
Participants may be periodically asked to provide feedback on experiences and/or complete evaluation forms.
