The Industry Orientation Program is a one-day seminar that provides employees new to the mechanical contracting industry with foundational knowledge about the profession. Led by local professionals in the mechanical contracting industry, this seminar includes group discussion and small group interaction to educate participants on what it takes to thrive in this industry.
The MCAKC Propel Leadership Program is the result of a partnership with Johnson County Community College (JCCC).
