  1. Explain the 4 Core Competencies lacking in most of the workforce entering the industry today.
  2. Develop those competencies in your team while on the job.
  3. Develop each team member so he/she performs at their best and communicates effectively.
  4. Describe the process for developing initiative in others.
  5. Explain why we must step up and lead and the cost if we don’t.
  6. Outline the different mindsets and personalities you encounter on the job site.
  7. Practice techniques to effectively lead in today’s competitive market.

Get More Out of Your Crew Every Day (Step 2)*

At the end of the second session, you will be able to: 
  1. Explain the importance of having an accurate forecast and the impact it has on the project and company.
  2. Outline your role in the forecasting process and explain how to manage your project decisions to positively impact financial outcomes.
  3. Apply concepts and tools (which concepts and tools?) to maximize productivity in the field.
  4. Discuss the project manager’s perspective on forecasting and productivity.
  5. Leverage the critical relationship with your project manager to benefit both parties.

Target Audience: New, Experienced, or Aspiring Foreman. General Foreman, Superintendents, and other Field Leaders or Managers.
