Management Skills for Administrative and Business Professionals

The support you provide is vital to your company's ability to achieve its goals and thrive as a business. Business owners expect you to have the leadership and management skills to set your own administrative priorities and juggle competing tasks. Business leaders also routinely mention "anticipation of needs" as one of the most important skills for administrative and support staff. This seminar will give you a wide range of skills to help you handle any work challenge with greater confidence and effectiveness.  You'll learn how to work to the best of your abilities, build relationships, and encourage the best in those who work with and for you. You'll leave with an action plan of best practices to apply immediately on the job.
