Managing Project Schedules

Lunch is served at 11:30 am.
Class begins at Noon.

Most project managers know the nuts and bolts of how to put together a CPM schedule for their projects, but many don’t realize it’s one of the most important tools of great project management. This seminar dives into the strategies you can use to document your position with a general contractor to defend yourself from late changes in a project that can have severe impacts on your productivity. In this seminar, you’ll work in groups using real-world projects to apply these principles.

Target Audience: Project Managers with 0 to 2 years of experience, support staff or anyone interested in moving into a project management role or in obtaining fundamental project documentation skills.
