Creating Professional Demeanor

What, exactly, denotes professionalism? It’s certainly not a fitted suit or a 12-line email signature. True professionals know how to conduct themselves in front of a customer or colleague. They know how to build strong business relationships. They are informed, they are confident, and they put others at ease.

Post pandemic, proper business etiquette may feel like a lost art. Many individuals who claim to be “professionals” lack a basic understanding of how to present themselves. This often occurs when employees are promoted into positions that require them to be an active face of the company. One who does not communicate with customers on a regular basis may suddenly be required to do so daily, without ever receiving training on how to interact properly.

In this seminar, you’ll learn the importance of making others feel the way you intend for them to feel — confident, assertive, and professional.
