This program is designed for new, experienced, or aspiring Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendents or other Field Leaders or Managers. The participant should be a skilled Journeyman or Advanced Apprentice.
About
This 7 seminar series is designed to equip foremen with essential skills needed to excel in their roles. Over the course of this series, foremen will explore a diverse range of topics, including project scheduling, productivity and forecasting, financials, and project planning and closeout. Each seminar offers valuable insights and practical knowledge to equip foremen with the tools they need to excel in their roles, effectively lead teams, and make impactful contributions to their organizations.
Lunch is 11:00 to 11:30
Classes are 11:30am to 3:30pm unless otherwise noted below.

Education Reimbursements
A $500 reimbursement will be provided for each employee who completes this education series. Individuals must complete the entire series to earn the reimbursement.
Reimbursements will not be issued for registrations using Education Credits. Students are allowed 1 excused absence.
*Successful completion of this program is defined as missing no more than one seminar in the educational series.
**Associate Members and Allied Organizations are not eligible to receive the $500 tuition refund.
MCAKC Education Reimbursement Certificates may be used in lieu of payment. Tuition paid using these certificates are not eligible to receive the indicated reimbursement amount.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations for all MCAKC events must be received at least 2 Business Days prior to the event by email to learn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancelations received after this time will be assessed a cancelation fee.
“No Shows”, except for emergencies, will be assessed a fee and invoiced $50 for a half day seminar, $100 for a full day seminar, or the full amount of the event expenses paid.
