For field leaders, there is no substitute for the data and insight provided by labor productivity. With this one tool, identifying gains and fades quickly enough to affect the outcome becomes simple. Implementation take true synergy between budgeting, time/quantity reporting, and proper dashboards or other reporting so that the team does not spend time looking for the problems, but rather spends time on their solutions.

Shaabini Alford is Director at Maxim Consulting Group and is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and implementing client processes. Shaabini works with various sized construction firms to train, educate and inspire leaders. Having over 20 years’ experience, Shaabini has faced and conquered many difficult situations to a successful conclusion, specifically in jobsite crisis management, contract terms and conditions, and legal negotiations in multi-million dollar change order settlements.
She is an operations expert and enjoys analyzing current business processes for areas of improvement and opportunity, such as: procurement, detailing, fabrication, field engagement, risk mitigation and team dynamics. She is skilled in building highly effective teams and improving their performance by documenting SOPs for precise and repeatable execution of work. She enjoys the challenge of taking on ugly projects and leading the project team to a successful and profitable end.
