Project Scheduling

Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Explain your role in the scheduling process, and the impact scheduling has on project flow, crew productivity, and successful outcomes.
2. Use the GC Master Schedule to identify and use key portions of the schedule to better manage your work.
3. Demonstrate the ability to create and manage a short interval schedule.Effectively use the project walk through process to identify critical scheduling impacts and be able to adjust short interval schedules to positive outcomes.

  Troy Aichele has a B.S. in Construction Management, an A.A.S in HVAC and Refrigeration Design and has worked in nearly every facet of commercial construction as a Mechanical Contractor for nearly 30 years.  Through Aichele & Associates, LLC, he teaches national workshops focusing on project management, managing, and forecasting labor, estimating, change orders, blueprint reading, and how to perform water audits.  He’s also a former MCAA Career Development Committee Chairman and was an adjunct professor at the University of Washington for 17 years.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelations for all MCAKC events must be received at least 2 Business Days prior to the event by email to learn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancelations received after this time will be assessed a cancelation fee.

“No Shows”, except for emergencies, will be assessed a fee and invoiced $50 for a half day seminar, $100 for a full day, or the full amount of event expenses paid.
