The annual WiMI conference will feature exceptional speakers, interactive educational sessions, industry related roundtables and opportunities to build lasting relationships with fellow women in the mechanical industry. A full menu of educational offerings will help you discover all the opportunities this industry has to offer. From industry newcomers to executives, and everyone in between, this is the event to attend for all women in the mechanical contracting industry.

At the conference, you will:

  • Establish connections and learn from women from across the country who share common experiences and goals.
  • Get professional and personal growth ideas and inspiration to encourage you to be the best that you can be.
  • Hear from keynote speakers who will empower you to succeed in both your business and personal lives. They will also inspire you to be a strategic leader and performer and teach you to face your fears to enhance growth.
  • Enjoy education sessions focused on personal branding, communication, and using the power of you!
Reasons to go: Bolster your request by explaining the top reasons you should attend 2024 WiMI Conference.
  • Networking. Relationships, especially ones centered on face-to-face opportunities, are imperative in the mechanical contracting industry. Strengthening these relationships is a key element of retaining employees, and creating an inclusive work culture that will attract new recruits.
  • Education. Attending WiMI 2024 will allow you to learn more about the industry and how to succeed in it. You can take the knowledge you gain and invest it back in your career and the company. Not only will you meet top thought leaders and key influencers that you can connect with in person, but you will meet key contractors in our industry who will share their knowledge, experiences, and best practices that you can implement right away.
  • Representation. You can represent your organization and return with a contact list of individuals and manufacturer/suppliers you meet and an outline or report of every session you attend. You will provide department presentations to share what you’ve learned.
  • Retention. Your employers have hired you, and now is the time to invest in your career so that you continue to not only be an asset to them, but you want to stay in at a company that is showing its support for you.

There will be plenty of time for networking and socializing to enable you to build a support group of peers that can flourish long after the conference.

We look forward to seeing you in KANSAS CITY!
