Effective change order management is essential for subcontractors seeking to mitigate risk and improve profitability. This four-hour, interactive seminar offers a comprehensive look at the change order process from a subcontractor’s perspective. Participants will engage in practical exercises to develop skills in identifying, scoping, pricing, and negotiating change orders. The session concludes with a mock negotiation exercise, providing an opportunity to apply newly acquired strategies in a realistic scenario.

- Properly notify owners and general contractors of changed conditions to protect contractual rights
