He has built a reputation across the Transportation industry as a visionary in TMC operations, Regional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement, ITS maintenance and TSM&O performance measurement programs. He has led the Transportation Management Center Operations practice for Kapsch TrafficCom for 10 yrs and will lead the Transportation efforts for Kansas City FIFA World Cup through 2026.
