This program is designed for new, experienced, or aspiring Field Leaders, General Foremen, Superintendents or other Field Leadership or Managers. The participant should be a skilled Journeyman or Advanced Apprentice.
About
This 8 seminar series is designed to equip field leaders with essential skills needed to excel in their roles. Over the course of this series, foremen will explore a diverse range of topics, including project planning and closeout, project profitability, situational leadership, and safety. Each seminar offers valuable insights and practical knowledge to equip foremen with the tools they need to excel in their roles, effectively lead teams, and make impactful contributions to their organizations.
This program consists of 8, four-hour weekly seminars. Lunch is provided

Classes are 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise noted below.

There is no charge for employees of MCAKC Member Contractors Signatory to Local 8 & 533.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all MCAKC events must be received at least 2 Business Days prior to the event by email to learn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancellations received after this time will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.
“No Shows” will be assessed a fee (see below) and invoiced accordingly.
$100 Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours
$150 Event Duration: Over 4 Hours (Should the event cover more than one day, this fee will apply for each day of event)
