Loan Worker Safety & Mental Wellness

Thursday, April 2, 2026
11:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Lunch included

(Part 1) Loan Workers Safety
Mechanical service work often takes technicians into isolated environments where hazards can escalate quickly without immediate support. From equipment failures to unexpected site conditions, working alone requires heightened awareness, strong decision-making, and reliable safety practices.

This seminar provides practical guidance tailored to mechanical service professionals who routinely work solo in the field.

Participants will:

  • Identify the unique risks mechanical technicians face when working alone
  • Learn strategies to assess environments, anticipate hazards, and maintain situational awareness
  • Review essential lone-worker safety protocols, communication expectations, and emergency response steps
  • Apply proven techniques to real mechanical service scenarios to strengthen personal safety routines

(Part 2) Strong Minds, Strong Crews: Leading Mental Wellness on the Jobsite
This training equips field leaders with essential knowledge and leadership tools to foster a culture of mental wellness, mindfulness, and safety. Participants will learn how to recognize signs of distress, approach tough conversations with confidence, and integrate the Building Strong Minds card deck for impactful, one-minute toolbox talks. With practical strategies for personal resilience and clear leadership takeaways, this session turns awareness into action on and off the jobsite.
