Talking about money at work can feel overwhelming—especially when terms like revenue, overhead, collections, and profitability get thrown around. This interactive session breaks down the financial basics every service professional should understand. You’ll learn how companies measure financial health, why timely billing and collections matter, how inventory affects the bottom line, and what makes a service call profitable. We’ll also explore the value of maintenance agreements and how to spot and stop profit erosion.
