Instructor

Carl Britton, Jr. brings 20 years of construction experience and 15 years in tech, making him one of the few AI educators who’s as comfortable on a jobsite as he is behind a keyboard. A former Class B General Contractor with real field experience, Carl translates complex technology into practical applications contractors can use immediately.
 
He’s a trusted partner to major industry organizations, delivering workshops and keynotes for NECA National, multiple NECA chapters, SMACNA, and MCAs across the country. Known for his energetic, hands-on style, Carl makes AI accessible, relevant, and tailored to the real challenges contractors face.
 
With hundreds of presentations under his belt and a reputation for keeping things “light, practical, and not overwhelming,” Carl helps construction teams turn AI into a tool that actually works in the field not just on paper.

“No Shows”, except for emergencies, will be assessed a fee and invoiced $100 for this half day seminar.
