Resolving Workplace Conflict
Recognize escalating conflict and take action. This course teaches leaders how to recognize the signs of escalating conflict and take appropriate action to minimize damage. Leaders are introduced to two resolution tactics-coach and mediate-and practice using the Interaction Essentials as they coach then mediate to resolve a conflict.
Target Audience: Leaders with responsibilities for managing staff.

Tee Crawford is a highly skilled learning and development consultant with over 15 years of experience in coaching, training, and facilitation. Educated at Albany State University with a BBA in Management, she has a broad range of organizational and management training experience with profit and non-profit organizations.
