According to the Center for American Progress, women make up 50.8% of the U.S. population, account for 47% of the U.S. labor force and 52.5% of the college-educated workforce. And yet, women within industries continue to identify as a demographic that lags behind.
What do women need to do to make sure their voices are heard equally within their industry and organizations?
In this virtual program, we will look at behaviors and techniques for women leaders that will help them assess and build their skills to allow them to achieve their full potential.
At the end of this program, you will be able to:

- Connect with others and build rapport.
- Influence others to your point of view.
- Idenitfy four ways we communicate and the impact they have on our interactions.

Liz’s enthusiasm and passion aren’t easily matched. Her number one rule in life is to have fun. If it’s not fun, she’s not doing it. She is at her best in front of a group or working to solve a complex business challenge.
Liz joined Dale Carnegie St. Louis in 2015 and purchased the St. Louis four years later. In 2021, she took expanded the territory to Kansas City. She now consults with clients in a variety of industries and sizes from Fortune 500 companies to local family owned business. She brings a unique perspective to clients, always thinks out of the box, and doesn’t settle for average. Whether she is consulting on business needs, in front of a room facilitating an experience, or at home with her husband and two kids, you will find a big smile on her face and can feel the energy she brings to any room or organization.
