This is a hands-on, facilitated workshop based on legislative case studies where the directives looked great on paper, but had unintended consequences in execution. Participants will work as cross-functional teams to examine the turning points and recommend possible solutions. Participants will implement critical thinking techniques, strategic planning methods, problem solving skills, and presentation capabilities. It is important for leaders to understand how decisions made to solve one situation can have long term and/or multiple outcomes.
