Managing Change in the Workplace

This seminar is a full day seminar. Class begins at 8:30 am.

This program is dedicated to introducing the Essential Skills required to Thrive on Change. Today, organizations of all types and sizes are in transition to a new market position to differentiate themselves. The autonomous, independent worker of today is changing. Today’s worker is part of an interdependent flexible work team. Being empowered requires learned skills, courage and commitment from everyone in an organization.

Cancellations for all MCAKC events must be received prior to the event by email to jconn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. 

“No Shows” will be assessed a $150 per seminar fee. Attendees who cancel their registration to the Propel Program once the series has begun will be assessed a $150 fee per seminar for each course missed.
