Project Managers must understand time management and how scheduling software can help in creating and tracking a project plan. Course addresses time management using the Microsoft Project scheduling tool. Topics include the PMBOK time management processes, scheduling concepts, developing and analyzing schedules, creating and tracking a project plan using Project, managing float, the critical path method (CPM), resource management, and reporting the project plan. Textbook included in course fee. This is a component of the Project Management Certificate
