About
The Industry Orientation Program is a one-day seminar that provides employees new to the mechanical contracting industry with foundational knowledge about the profession. Led by local professionals in the mechanical contracting industry, this seminar includes group discussion and small group interaction to educate participants on what it takes to thrive in this industry.
Attendee
This program is designed for those new to the mechanical contracting industry. New employees (any position), students, recent graduates, and interns will all benefit from this “Intro to Mechanical Contracting”.
Goals
- Help new employees identify their role in, and contribution to, your business.
- Gain knowledge of the mechanical contractor’s business culture.
- Connect with industry peers to build a professional network.
- Educate, excite, and engage new employees about the MCAKC community.

no charge to Signatory Contractors and Associate Members of the MCAKC.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations for all MCAKC events must be received
prior to the event by email to learn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancelations received after this time will be assessed a $100 cancelation fee.

No Shows” will be assessed a fee (see below) and invoiced accordingly.

$100 Event Duration: Over 4 Hours (Should the event cover more than one day, this fee will apply for each day of event)
