Effective Communication for Project Management
Build successful communication and effectively connect with others. Discover influence strategies and gain skills to effectively persuade technical and non-technical audiences. Discover skills critical to building solid work relationships and become a more persuasive communicator. Gain valuable insights into personal communication styles and that of others. Take away hands-on skills for productively receiving and transmitting information, ideas and thoughts. Become skilled at analyzing situations and selecting the most productive communication strategies to use. Content goal is designed for business professionals to be strong and effective communicators to a variety of audiences across organizational boundaries. Aimed at project managers, business analysts, team leaders, and those seeking professional advancement.
This is a component of the Project Management Certificate.

Cost: $715 for employees of Signatory Members, Associate Members, Signatory Non-Members, and Allied Associations.

Prerequisite: Project Management Essentials or equivalent experience.

Cancelation and Transfer Policy:
Cancellations for all MCAKC events must be received at least 2 Business Days prior to the event by email to jconn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancellations received after this time will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.

No Shows” will be assessed a fee (see below) and invoiced accordingly.

$50 Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours
$100 Event Duration: Over 4 Hours (Should the event cover more than one day, this fee will apply for each day of event) 

Transfer Policy
Registrants in JCCC continuing education courses may transfer their registration to another course. The transfer request must be received in writing two (2) business days prior to the first day of the course for which you were originally scheduled. A $50 transfer charge will be applied to all transfers received less than two (2) days prior to the start date of the course.
