Propel 1 – Leadership Program – 2026
Attendee
Propel 1 is designed for emerging leaders who manage projects but may not manage people.
About
The Propel Level 1 Leadership Program is designed to help mechanical contractors invest in their most promising employees, the emerging leaders who are managing projects today and poised to lead people tomorrow. Through eight focused, four-hour seminars held weekly beginning September 22, 2026, participants will build the communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills that make them more confident, more effective, and more valuable to your organization.
From StrengthsFinder assessments and conflict resolution to business writing and critical thinking, each session is led by experienced instructors and delivers practical tools your employees can apply immediately on the job. Employees who feel invested in perform better and stay longer. Propel Level 1 gives your emerging leaders the communication and leadership skills that make them indispensable contributors to your team.
MCAKC Member Contractors signatory to Local 8 or 533 can enroll their employees at no cost.
