LiFT: Project Management

NOTICE - MCAKC has modified its operations and moved all education programs online.
When it is safe and appropriate, we will reintroduce face-to-face education and events.

About
LiFT is designed to teach critical skills Project Managers need to be successful in the management of projects and in the cultivation of business relationships.

Utilizing case studies, participants explore real life situations faced by experienced Project Managers and apply lessons learned to their own individual projects.

This program is designed to introduce and enhance a wide variety of technical and leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced, high-demand mechanical construction environment.

LiFT provides local, quality training that is relevant to both our industry and marketplace. In this highly interactive and engaging program, participants are led by other industry professionals.

To successfully complete a level, participants must attend at least nine (9) of the ten (10) seminars in the program.

Goals
Connect with local project management professionals in the mechanical contracting industry.
  • Receive a robust participant guide with tools, job aids, resources, and templates to use back on the job.
  • Gain the tools and skills necessary to take an active role in the company’s future and success.
  • Become a better leader with an action plan designed to improve your project management success.
