MSP: Service Training


About
The Mechanical Service Professionals (MSP) Program is a eight courses series designed to meet the needs of the diverse Service Roles within MCAKC Member Firms.


Attendee
No matter what role one may have in the broad category of Service, the MSP Program is designed to meet individual educational needs of service professionals.

The coursework applies to anyone in a Service Role, whether in the field or in the office. From Project Managers to Account Managers, Field Supervisors to Lead Technicians, Operations Managers, Billing, Dispatchers, and Coordinators, all will benefit from this program.

This is a highly interactive program with a strong emphasis on the practical application of knowledge. Participants will gain valuable information and tools, without being required to share proprietary information.

  • Managing Multiple Projects, Objectives, and Deadlines

$1,000.00 Signatory Contractors
$500.00  Member reimbursement upon successful completion.*

$1,500.00 Associate Members of the MCAKC
$500.00  Member reimbursement upon successful completion.*

$2,000.00 Allied Organizations**

*Successful completion of this program is defined as missing no more than one seminar in the educational series.

**Allied Organizations are not eligible to receive the $500 tuition refund.

MCAKC Education Reimbursement Certificates may be used in lieu of payment. Tuition paid using these certificates are not eligible to receive the indicated reimbursement amount.
