Propel: Leadership Training
About
The MCAKC Propel Leadership Program provides employees in the mechanical contracting industry with critical leadership skills they need to effectively lead projects, lead others, and lead leaders within their organizations.
Led by local and national leadership experts, this leadership series incorporates group discussions, small group activities, case studies, and introspective exercises that provide participants with the resources to be a leader in this industry.
Propel’s enrollment is limited, creating an environment that empowers participants to collaborate and share their diverse perspectives, ideas, and personal and professional challenges.
Participants will explore their personality strengths and weaknesses as well as outline a leadership style unique to them. They will return to their organizations with confidence and an action plan for leading projects, teams, and leaders within your company.
